Important Note: As of now, FedEx no longer offers money-back guarantees. If you opt for FedEx Ground and your package faces delays, please note that we won’t be able to issue refunds or reship your items. We want to be upfront about this so you can make the best decision for your needs.

Choosing Your Shipping Adventure: We’ve got an array of shipping options that vary based on when your order is processed. To make sure you’re on the right track, please have a look at our Shipping Policy below. If you’re aiming for a specific delivery date, our handy table below will guide you towards the perfect shipping method. Remember, keeping your daytime contact info updated is key in case we need to reach out about your order.

Orders on the Move: Orders received by 1:00 PM CST are like jet-setters – they’re ready to take off on the same day, depending on your chosen shipping method. For example, if you place an order on a Wednesday by 1:00 PM and pick FedEx Overnight, it’s off on Wednesday. But if you select FedEx Express Saver, your order will embark on its journey the following Monday. Please note, we send out perishable goodies on Mondays through Thursdays (check out our schedule below). Regrettably, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday deliveries are not available.

Timing Counts: Keep in mind, the countdown for shipping days begins the day after we hand off your package to FedEx, not when it’s collected. Now, let’s break down the shipping options for our perishable treasures:

  • FedEx Overnight: Available Monday-Thursday
  • FedEx 2nd Air: Available Monday-Wednesday
  • FedEx Express Saver: Available Monday-Tuesday
  • FedEx Ground: Available Monday-Thursday for one to three-day zones only (consult the FedEx Ground Shipping Map)

For non-perishable items, the fun doesn’t stop! You can opt for FedEx Ground from Monday to Friday.

A Vital Shipping Reminder: Once your order’s in motion, any address changes or fixes will incur a $10.00 charge per box. We want to get things right the first time, so please double-check those details before we hit the road.

Special Attention for Some States: If your delivery destination falls within the GREEN states on the map above (like OR, WA, ME, etc.), please opt for a shipping method with a 3-day or shorter delivery time. We’re all about keeping things fresh, and this helps ensure your goodies arrive in tip-top shape. For any queries, our toll-free number is at your service: 1-877-533-5553.

The Nitty-Gritty: Accuracy matters! Ensuring correct ship-to addresses and daytime telephone numbers is your responsibility. If there are any charges from our shipping partners due to incorrect info, they’ll be passed on to you. And when it comes to gift recipients, make sure they’re around to welcome their package on delivery day to avoid any spoilage.

Delivery Dance: While we don’t require signatures, it’s up to the FedEx delivery driver to decide whether to leave the package. It’s all about convenience!

Our Shipping Borders: Regrettably, we can’t ship to Canada, other foreign countries, APO, FPO, or POB addresses. For Hawaii and Alaska, we’ve got you covered with Next Day or 2nd Day Air.
