Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que strives for excellence. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product
you receive, we will gladly replace it. If you do not want a replacement, we will refund the purchase
price of the product. Replacement and refund requests must be received within 5 business days of
receiving the product.
Please note that you are responsible for providing a complete and verified address for the receiver. If
FedEx is unable to deliver or delivery is delayed due to an address issue, this REFUND POLICY does not
apply.
